  • Do We Need Passports To Travel to the USVI?
    No passports are required for US Virgin Islands travel. The United States Government’s Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative does not impact travel requirements between the US and its territories, including the United States Virgin Islands.

    A person currently may travel to and from the United States to the US Virgin Islands without a passport or other document, but under proposed regulations, would be required to have this documentation in order to re-enter the US Virgin Islands from the British Virgin Islands or another country.

    U.S. citizens traveling between the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will continue to be able to use established forms of identification, such as original birth certificates and government-issued photo ID, to board flights and for entry.
 
  • What documents are needed to enter the USVI?
    Proof of U.S. citizenship required, along with tickets and documents for return or onward travel. Vaccination is NOT required
  • Airlines serving St Thomas
    St. Thomas is served by major airlines from the US. Daily service from principal US cities is available on American, United, and US AIR. Miami and San Juan offer connections for departures that do not have direct flights to St. Thomas. Seaborne SeaPlane and Cape Air offer service from San Juan to St. Croix and St. Thomas.
  • What about airport transfers and connections:?
    Fares are fixed. They should be displayed in the taxi. St. Thomas Airport to Charlotte Amalie $4.50 (15 mins). Southside hotels $8.50 (20-30 mins). East End, St. John Ferry $12.00 (30-40 mins). Fares are subject to change.
  • Where is Pavilions and Pools located?
    We are located on St. Thomas’ East End, one mile west of Red Hook (where the ferry departs for St. John and the British Virgin Islands) and directly adjacent to Sapphire Bay. We are 9 miles from Cyril E. King Airport and 7 miles from downtown Charlotte Amalie.

    Antilles Resorts' offices on St. Thomas are located one mile from the town of Red Hook and about 20 minutes from the airport.

    Time zone:
    Atlantic Standard Time. Daylight savings time is not used. In winter, St Croix is one hour ahead of the eastern US coast. In the summer, the time is the same.

    US dollar. Credit cards and traveler's checks are widely honored.

    Winter 72-85F; Summer 77-89F

    Electricity:
    110 volt current, the same as the continental US.
